

Jeff Cohen is an executive advisor, strategist, and leadership communication expert who drives breakthrough organizational impact and performance.
He has shaped strategy, communication, public affairs, marketing, and operations for start-ups, established companies, national associations, global strategic communications firms, elected officials, and political organizations.
Throughout his career, Jeff’s work has helped boards, executive teams, founders, and senior and emerging leaders strengthen organizational clarity and alignment, elevate market and thought-leadership profiles, deliver significant revenue growth, achieve bipartisan policy outcomes, and build durable, trusted relationships across critical stakeholder groups.
Jeff is a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University and an Adjunct Professor of Leadership at Stevenson University. His research centers on how leadership communication drives strategy, execution, and behavior in complex systems, and how artificial intelligence is reshaping organizational decision-making and leadership practice.
He is an associate editor and contributor to Leadership and Followership for 100 Years, where he authored chapters on leadership communication and the evolving dynamics of followership. He has written extensively in ORMS Today on the role of analytics and data science professionals in shaping public policy. Through his blog, Strategic Clarity, he examines the tensions, paradoxes, and real-world demands of leadership, communication, and organizational life. He also speaks nationally and internationally on organizational leadership, strategy, and public affairs.
Jeff holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, an MA from The George Washington University, and a BA from Ithaca College. He is an active member of the International Association for Strategy Professionals, International Leadership Association, Academy of Management, and the International Association of Business Communicators.
