Jeff Cohen is a senior executive and strategic advisor who aligns strategy, public affairs, and leadership communication to drive execution, trust, and growth in complex organizations.

He has led strategy, communications, public affairs, marketing, and operations across a diverse range of organizations, including start-ups, established businesses, professional associations, and global strategic communications firms. He has also served in senior political and government roles, including as Chief of Staff and Communications Director to a Member of Congress, Press Secretary to a U.S. Senator, and as a senior consultant and campaign manager for federal, state, and local candidates and organizations.

Throughout his career, Jeff has advised executives, boards, and leadership teams on strategy development and execution — helping organizations strengthen performance, elevate market and thought-leadership profiles, achieve bipartisan public policy outcomes, and build trust with internal and external stakeholders. He has also driven revenue growth and customer acquisition through business development, partnerships, and other market-facing strategies.

Jeff is a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University and an Adjunct Professor of Leadership at Stevenson University, where he teaches leadership theory, communication, ethics, and strategic decision-making in the undergraduate Leadership Scholars Program. His research examines how leaders use communication to navigate competing institutional priorities in complex organizations — work that directly informs his advisory practice.

He holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, an M.A. from The George Washington University, and a B.A. from Ithaca College.
